It must be hormonal. I go through the kitchen, the kids' room, my closet, bathrooms. I pull out all the broken, obsolete, doesn't-fit-anymore, useless stuff, and put it in bags. I put those bags in the front closet for when my cleaning lady comes (which is once a month). So I have a few weeks to think about the stuff. And then she takes it all, probably down to Mexico, where I know it has second and third lifes! Everyone wins. Here’s how I deal with clutter:

At least with clutter that is without any worth. You could consider selling the stuff on eBay.
